Goal

When visiting the website www.monge.ge, you are required to familiarize yourself with our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be subject to changes and additions, therefore www.monge.ge encourages you to periodically review the Privacy Policy.

  • Personal data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. A natural person is identifiable when he or she can be identified, directly or indirectly, including by name, surname, identification number, geolocation data, electronic communication identifiers, physical, physiological, mental, psychological, genetic, economic, cultural or social characteristics;
  • Data processing – any operation performed on data, including collection, retrieval, access, recording, video and/or audio monitoring, organization, grouping, alignment, storage, alteration, retrieval, retrieval, use, blocking, erasure or destruction, as well as disclosure of data by transmission, disclosure by way of disclosure, dissemination or otherwise making available;

A natural person in an employment relationship with the data controller is not considered a data processor; for the purposes of this document, “Zoostandard” LLC (a limited liability company established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, identification code: 404596380, registered: Georgia, Tbilisi, Mtatsminda district, I. Nikoldzi street N4, building N1) is also considered a data processor;
  • Third party – a natural person, legal entity or public institution, other than the data subject, the personal data protection service, the person responsible for processing, the person authorized to process, the special representative and the person authorized to process the data under the direct instruction of the person responsible for processing or the person authorized to process;
  • Direct marketing – the direct and immediate provision of information to a data subject by telephone, mail, e-mail or other electronic means for the purpose of forming, maintaining, realizing and/or supporting interest in a natural person and/or legal entity, goods, ideas, services, work and/or initiatives, as well as image and social topics.

Consent

By using the www.monge.ge website, the user agrees to the Privacy Policy. Accordingly, the user grants www.monge.ge the right to process, store and use the personal information provided by the user.

The aforementioned information will be used by www.monge.ge for the purposes of providing services in accordance with applicable legislation. Otherwise, www.monge.ge will be unable to provide any services to the user and enter into a contractual relationship.

The user has the right to request the following information from www.monge.ge regarding data processing:

  • Purpose of data processing;
  • Legal basis for data processing;
  • How was the data collected/obtained?
  • To whom the user data was disclosed, the basis and purpose of the disclosure of the data (if any);
  • About the data retention period or the criteria for determining it;
  • about the decision taken as a result of automated processing, including profiling, and the logic used to make such a decision, as well as its impact on the data processing and the expected/likely result of the processing;
  • The right to access and receive a copy of data;

The user has the right to receive the above-mentioned information no later than 10 business days from the date of his request. This period may be extended by no more than 10 business days in special cases and with proper justification, of which the user will be notified immediately.

Due to the specifics of www.monge.ge's activities, its users are informed electronically.

Within 10 business days of the user submitting the request, www.monge.ge is obliged to correct/update/complete any incorrect/inaccurate/incomplete data(s) about the user or inform the user of the grounds for rejecting the request and explain the procedure for appealing it.

The user has the right to request www.monge.ge to stop, delete or destroy the processing of data about him (including profiling). Within 10 working days from the submission of the request by the user, www.monge.ge is obliged to stop/delete or destroy the existing data about the user or inform the user of the grounds for refusing the request and explain the procedure for appealing it.

In the event that: the user disputes the authenticity or accuracy of the data; the data processing is unlawful, but the user opposes their deletion and requests the blocking of the data; the data is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing, but the user needs them to file a complaint/claim; the user requests the cessation, deletion or destruction of the data processing and this request is being considered; there is a need to store the data for the purpose of using it as evidence; the user has the right to request www.monge.ge to block the data available about him. The user has the right to receive information about the decision to block the data or the grounds for refusing to block the data immediately after the decision is made, but no later than 3 (three) business days from the request. In addition to data storage, they may be otherwise processed by www.monge.ge in the following cases: with the user's consent; to substantiate a legal claim or defense; to protect the interests of www.monge.ge or a third party; In accordance with the law, to protect the public interest.

In the event that the user gives consent to the processing of data about him for one or more specific purposes and/or the processing of data is necessary for the performance of an obligation under a contract concluded with the user or for the conclusion of a contract at the user's request; and/or the user has given written consent to the processing of special categories of data for one or more specific purposes (if any); he is entitled to receive the data provided by him from www.monge.ge in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request the transfer of these data to another person responsible for processing.

The user has the right not to be subject to a decision made by www.monge.ge solely on the basis of automated means, including profiling, which produces legal or other significant consequences for him or her, except in cases where the decision-making based on profiling: is based on the user's explicit consent; is necessary for the conclusion of a contract between the user and www.monge.ge or for the performance of a contract; is provided for by law or a subordinate normative act issued within the framework of the powers delegated by law.

The user has the right to withdraw his consent to www.monge.ge at any time and request the termination of data processing and/or deletion/destruction of the processed data by sending an e-mail to the support team of www.monge.ge. In such a case, www.monge.ge, in turn, will cancel the user's personal account within 10 (ten) business days and terminate data processing and/or destroy the processed data, unless there is another basis for data processing. Before withdrawing consent, the user has the right to request and receive information from www.monge.ge about the possible consequences of withdrawing consent.

The user has the right to apply to the Personal Data Protection Service or court in case of violation of the rights provided for by the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

User obligations

The user is obliged to provide www.monge.ge with complete and correct information about himself in order to receive the service in the future. This obligation also applies to changes in the information provided by the user.

In order to improve the quality of www.monge.ge's service, troubleshoot problems/errors, provide feedback, and ensure security, incoming and outgoing calls are recorded, stored, and processed.

Who do we share user data with?

Personal data is shared with the partner courier service provider, namely, LLC „Zoostandard“ (a limited liability company established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, identification code: 404596380, registered: Georgia, Tbilisi, Mtatsminda district, I. Nikoldzi street N4, building N1). Which ensures the delivery of the purchased products to the user to the address specified by him. The following information about the user will be transferred to the partner courier service provider: order details, name, surname, address and contact number. The information provided to the partner courier company will be used only for the purpose of delivering the purchased products.

Sharing the user's personal data may be necessary in cases provided for by the current legislation of Georgia, for the purpose of detecting, investigating or preventing a crime.

Based on the interests of the user, through direct marketing, for the purpose of providing advertising materials, improving the quality of services, products, services and services of interest to the user, www.monge.ge, with the user's consent, may use the user's personal information, namely, name and e-mail address/phone number.

www.monge.ge is authorized to share personal information with any third party in cases provided for by the current legislation of Georgia.

Consent/withdrawal to direct marketing
